How does this work?

Multiple party magical workings and groups are nothing new. Multiple people putting their energy, thought, and time into a common goal leads to a quicker manifestation of that goal. We are living in an era where instant information exchange and personal connections and communication are no longer limited by physical proximity. Magic, in my opinion was never limited by such, but the inability to communicate and coordinate with other practitioner’s effectively limited the exploration of distance linked workings. This has been changing over the years due to the advancement of communication technologies and availability of esoteric information. Distance magic is powerful stuff.

For those of you who have participated in distance workings in the past, this will be a little bit different in a few ways. First, there is no specific ritual to do, no particular deities or even the use of deities is necessary. This is not “path” specific magic. To link to the prosperity web requires only that you intend to link to the prosperity web. We will list some common associations that you can use to help direct your intent and anchor your link to the web in your mind. But how you use these associations is completely up to you. If you want to light a candle and wish growth to you and the web, this will work. If you want to use the talisman in meditation to link your energy to the web, this too will work. If you want to evoke a deity from your own pantheon and ask for prosperity to you and the web, do it up. If a sigil your thing, fire away. If you work on astral maybe take a trip and explore the web, if you work with energy you understand flow between parties, the web is a unique energy thread hyper charged to be used in manifestation of pattern manipulation. The Infinity Network Ezine is an experiment in autonomous occult publication.

This publication has never been, and will never be, for profit.

Started in 2010 the ezine aims to showcase the current thoughts, techniques, philosophy and perspectives of today‘s occult practitioners of all paradigms. We do not censor or disregard valid submissions based on the practitioner‘s idiosyncratic point of view.

The publication went through various stages of development over time. From HTML only format to a highly distributed pdf publication, there have been meetings discussing content, structure and layout, to full out verbal warfare over planning details. We have, since the beginning promoted the writings of authors from all different walks, belief systems and groups.

Letter From The Editor

If we could  take religion and spirituality and say these things are the personalities of god perceived by the individual we would then be able to interpret all things in existence as equal in potential for effect. In life all things are essentially perceived through filters therefore by the time the information is received and internalized we have already subconsciously defined it. It is in this way that we interact with, explore, shape and try to understand that which cannot be named. A process that effects our interpretation of reality before it ever becomes something we want to consciously effect.

It has been said that these experiential filters are primarily programmed by society, and I would tend to agree to an extent but I think ultimately it goes beyond that onto a much simpler platform.

Your own mental and emotional filters are built upon your own experiences. Each new experience is interpreted and built upon the ones before, a constantly evolving database of commands that allows you the function to see with the minds eye. This lends to the theme and contrast to your existence. Divide, multiply, add, subtract, understand.

Upon this background you bring and realize all new phenomenon into your consciousness, to be added to your matrix and further evolve the program of the existing self. This creates the silhouette of your uniqueness. Growth, change, creation are the only constants. When we are able to step back and observe the becoming, we can untie ourselves from the bondage of experience and yet reap its rewards of knowledge. This is quintessence of beauty; the free individual.

We are all different, on some level we all disagree.

On other levels we agree.

That means we agree.

The Infinity Network is open to all paths, paradigms and belief systems. We have members and affiliates from all walks of life and schools of thought. There is a global revitalization in art and culture of the true freedom behind the idea of “do what thou wilt”. This spirit that seems to be enrapturing the masses at a steady increase, the rate of transmission picking up speed. We are seeing more contrast and blending than ever before. This network is a bridge to a center point in which we can bring all things together and connect and collaborate across belief systems and across the world.

Our expressions and experiments are our evolving language. We speak all in different tongues yet the meanings translate. Allowing us, from our own platform of realization, to transcend the self and contribute to the eternal unshakable tower.

I have not seen anything quite like this publication in my life.

This is the underground perspective of chaos magicians and hyper-meta philosophers, the voice of humanitarians and mystics, artists and rebels, poets and literalists: from the introverted to the explosive, this is their voice.

Contributions and distribution is completely grassroots and autonomous, each author and group promoting and uploading as they see fit. Because of this network effect it is impossible to determine the exact number of readers. However the statistics of downloads and reads on my personal uploads alone it is well into the thousands.

Works have been translated into Spanish, German and Portuguese by individuals and distributed on foreign servers.

Infinite Current means it includes all of us. All of us means you too. This publication is a platform for our voice. Inclusive, connective and organic it has grown with us. Art as virtue. This zine is not about the infinity network, its about what the infinity network can do to promote the individual with the collaborative voice of the living occult.

Most people have never heard of lesser known Gods like Amun who is crowned of feathers. Of creation itself. Even all sorts of wild birds and animals where to be considered living images of Gods to the Egyptians but some where simply only depicted as symbols. I could very much compare the Spiritual Model of Magick to Voodoo.

There are easily over 2000 Gods of Egyptians in history we know so far. It was normal for different towns to compete their Gods against each other causing a constant tension to drive towards evolution of their religious or spiritual system.

Considering the history the Gods of the  Egyptians are all very special. Gods and Goddesses would borrow attributes from each other or even from animals.  Some of the pictures and featured objects are so similar that you must discern which God by using the text. The objects and art unlike the creation or multiplication of Gods was very slow.

The blending and multiplication of beliefs in amongst the Egyptians stemming from the relationships with their Gods powered the society over 3000 years. Some of the drawings and religious paintings remained the exact same the entire 3000 years in Egypt and can still now be observed today.

Its potential to predict the real weather was immediately seen by Lorentz and his students. It could mimic most variables that would be used to predict the weather.

Again it never seemed to repeat or get boring.

Later while Lorentz was preparing the program for the students he decided to start the program up using where the pattern had left off earlier instead of starting from the very beginning. Lorentz started about half way down the sequence this time by inputting previous values that the program offered. Lorentz had a computer that would hold six decimal place but when restarting the program the noticed the printout was giving three decimal accuracy.  This would be the beginning of Chaos Theory.

Instead of putting in certain numbers for wind/temp as accurate as the computer was Lorentz used approximations. For example a 3.243553 would become 3.244.  These small approximations where enough to amplify with   inertia throughout the entire system and it literately became chaotic.  The total sum of all molecules that make up this planets atmosphere can expressed and witnessed trough this event.

We can never be to sure like Lorentz or we will surely fall victim to our own misalignment and approximation. The complexity of systems is always much too chaotic to ever be seen in real time and we have seen this in the example of Lorentz and Chaos Theory. Only with certain sciences and methods can large portions of energy or information be reduced. Even the most simple systems plotted in simple graphs reveals that there is a natural rise to achieve some kind of equilibrium. This means not only tiny difference in the beginning parameters result in completely different behavior in complex systems but also that the uncertainty principle prohibits accuracy. This means the initial situation of any complex system can never be accurately determined nor the evolution accurately predicted.

In Chaos Theory the equilibrium is called an Attractor. The Attractor is not exactly the point of growth but the collective enabler of equilibrium. For example if you have a sofa that turns into a bed, the pullout bed would be the attractor. Attractors are considered to be static. Another example is a town of say 100 people and in which is 1 store to purchase food. If the store requires 75 people to stay in business but the population mid year drops to 50 then the store would go out of business. The people would demand another store as population rises and so on. This type of relationship is considered a Strange Attractor and they are considered to be dynamic.

Chaos Theory has also fostered study and theories of Self-Similarity. This is how a spiderweb, snowflake, or plant reverberates patterns. It is said that all complex systems seeks to settle them self in one specific situation, and when it does it is beautiful.
